About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Workforce Planning Specialist to join our growing team!

You will be responsible for analysis and reporting on workforce data and trends in contribution to the development of workforce planning strategies that support Uniting’s organisational and people plans. You will be providing information and recommendations to the HR & Workforce Lead to assist with the development of people plans, models and options relating to contemporary workforce related issues to inform strategic decision making.

Your tertiary qualification in a relevant field and / or typically 5 or more years of experience in the field would be a good foundation for the role. You will use your excellent knowledge of data analytics plus proficiency in navigating a complex organisation. 

Your proven track record of analysing, interpreting and explaining multifaceted information in straight forward and informative language, identifying and addressing interrelationships within the workforce and current challenges and opportunities will be fully utilised in this role.
