Working as part of the Workforce Management project to train Uniting's Residential Aged Care (RAC) staff in a new rostering system which Uniting has recently launched
Full time fixed term contract to December 2022!
In collaboration with a team of Roster Coaches you will support our people through go-live and transition to BAU with the new e-rostering system Optima 11 that makes the process of creating rosters as simple as possible.
Training, IT equipment and materials provided as you work training internal stakeholders such as front-line employees, roster administrators, service managers and business managers.
This role will require travel to our services across NSW to to train and coach our people to ensure they are using Optima proficiently as they transition from go-live to BAU.
You will design and deliver a blended learning approach utilising 70/20/10 principles to support Uniting's current digital services.
Ideally, we are looking for trainers that can think critically and logically with technical troubleshooting experience along with patience and tact to motivate learners with different ability levels
