About the role

The position will drive VACCA appeal income from individual donors including driving the growth from single giving and regular giving programs. The role will be responsible for VACCA appeals, the development of regular giving, acquisition of new donors, retention and creation of engaging and effective donor journeys. The role will also input into departmental reporting, annual budgeting and the ongoing development, reporting capabilities and maintenance of Salesforce CRM.

About You

  • Experience in single giving and regular giving campaign creation, execution and post campaign analysis
  • Understanding of key fundraising practices and metrics including measuring; acquisition, response rates, giving levels, attrition and ROI, particularly in single giving and regular giving programs.
  • Experience in report writing, segmentation and using data insights to drive campaign results.
  • Skills and experience in developing budgets and managing single giving and regular giving campaigns.
  • Strong communication, coordination and administrative skills and experience conducting multiple fundraising channels simultaneously to drive income.
  • Excellent computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Excel;
  • Strong organisational abilities and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to, the values that underpin VACCA’s Vision and purpose and the capacity to take a leadership role in championing these internally and externally
  • Demonstrated awareness and appreciation of Aboriginal societies and cultures, and commitment to continually build knowledge of such, along with a high level of awareness of the key issues which impact upon Aboriginal communities
