Positioned to launch in Port Macquarie, with no weekend work, savour a more balanced life, whilst still enjoying growthprofessional development, career progression, and meaningful work.

Together with the existing team, establish a General Practicecurate and lead a new Practice team, oversee the General Practice on a day-to-day basis, and work towards both initial and training site accreditation. With a firm foundation laid, you can then lead as the Senior GP and Primary Supervisor, educate the next generation of GP Registrars, and benefit from broader organisational growth, as future scaling milestones are achieved.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assist with clinic establishment in accordance with RACGP standards.
  • Oversee, and manage operations and lead the practice team.
  • Deliver patient-centred clinical care at the General Practice level.
  • Foster a workplace culture that embraces collaboration, learning and innovation, person-centred care, ethical conduct, inclusivity, and safe work practices. 

What You Will Need to Succeed:

It is a requirement of this position that you hold all, and provide evidence of:

  • MBBS qualification & FRACGP/ FACRRM,
  • AHPRA full and unrestricted GP registration,
  • Experience and confidence as a lead General Practitioner, overseeing other clinicians, and
  • Full working rights in Australia.
