The Victorian Council of Social Service (VCOSS) has an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Business Partner to join us and play a pivotal role in supporting and implementing human resources (HR) and other relevant operational initiatives at Victoria’s premier social justice peak organisation.
This role is responsible for delivering strategic advice to the CEO and executive team on people and culture management matters. The role will deliver effective HR activities including in the areas of policies and procedures, recruitment and selection, development and wellbeing, and operational matters pertaining to the VCOSS enterprise agreement.
Supporting a “best practice” mindset, the role will also work towards an innovative and collaborative approach to change management, continuous improvement, and personal growth/development. This role provides sound strategic coaching and advice to enable people leaders to be effective in fostering a high performing culture.
