About the opportunity

The Digital Learning Lead is a 12-month parental leave contract for an experienced instructional designer who is passionate in working within the for-purpose sector. You will be responsible in liaising with leaders and key stakeholders, identifying learning initiatives and operational plans to deliver learning solutions that uplift capability and improve performance outcomes.

Your key focus areas will include:

• Revamp current Essential Learning offering
• Essential Learning cycle – schedule of what and when
• Review/redesign of digital learning component of SP onboarding
• Blind and Low Vision Competencies
• Audit data

About you

To be successful in this role you are a team-player and have a can-do attitude. Your experience should include; digital learning design and development including digital literacy, and knowledge of accessible learning design. Your skills in using digital design tools, and knowledge in instructional/learning design principles will support our teams in achieving their goals.

You will also have knowledge and experience in:

• Digital learning strategies
• Learning need analysis
• Assessment and review of digital learning
• Curriculum development
• Knowledge management frameworks
