As a Senior HR Generalist at Waverley Social Enterprises, you will play a key role in supporting the People and Culture Manager with HR projects and initiatives. Drawing on your extensive HR experience, you will provide valuable insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR functions, helping to drive positive outcomes across the organisation.
This full-time position will involve working on-site in Melbourne, VIC, where you will apply your expertise to enhance HR policies, employee benefits, and various HR initiatives. Your focus will be on collaboration and delivering impactful results that support the People and Culture Manager in achieving strategic HR goals, ultimately strengthening the HR team and its contribution to the overall success of Waverley Social Enterprises.
Note* Part time selected in error, it is a full time position.
This role would ideal for a professional who is passionate about making a meaningful impact by imparting their knowledge and expertise in Human Resources, particularly in Employee Relations and Performance Management.
