Wingate Avenue Community Centre is looking for a case worker with a social work or community development background to support community members to achieve pathways to education, training or employment (ETE). You’ll join the team to deliver a values-based approach to working collaboratively with community members living in the Ascot Vale and surrounding area, with a priority for people experiencing disadvantage and vulnerabilities. Wingate Ave CC is a highly collaborative organisation, so you will also work with other organisations to support community members to achieve their ETE goals.

Wingate Ave CC provides multiple, place-based services at the centre, including occasional childcare, accredited and non-accredited courses, employment support services, community programs and activities, as well as other co-located services. The Reconnect program is contracted to be delivered until late 2024, unless it is extended by the State Government.
