About the opportunity

We have an outstanding opportunity for a passionate and experienced person to work with a highly reputable and iconic community services organisation. This role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Community Engagement unit for Employment Services including School Leaver Employment Supports.

The position is based in Footscray however it may require some travel to other sites in Victoria as required.

About you

You’re a motivated and proactive administrator with experience supporting a Community Engagement business unit. You have engaging customer service skills and demonstrate active listening. You are able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.

You will have previous experience:

• Administrative and general office duties. Maintaining files, case notes and Risk Management documentation as per organisational policies and procedures.
• Enter and maintain CRM with consumer/employer leads to support the achievement of program targets
• Process intakes and referrals
• Manage and collate work experience documentation for clients and work places
• Coordinate and liaise with key stakeholders including NDIS Participants/families, schools, TAFEs, Employers, community organization's to deliver promotional or information sessions to our target audiences
• Develop social media posts and eDM’s to engage and promote services
• Strong Written Communication
• Relationship and Key Stakeholder Management
• Supporting NDIS participants with work placements and industry visits
• High degree of customer service working with NDIS & DES participants and their families/carers
• Identify opportunities across regions to meet consumer demand and program improvements
• Working in a target driven environment

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Current valid driving license
• Intermediate computer skills

Desirable:

• Tertiary Qualification in Marketing / Business Administration
