As the Coordinator Employment Services, you will offer supportive leadership to a compact team of employment mentors delivering the Jobs Victoria Employment Services program and manage escalated client issues and provide advice and guidance to employment staff.
In this role, you will be responsible for achieving milestones, reporting to funding bodies, and building and sustaining strong working relationships with employers and participants. Additionally, you will build strong working relationships and collaborate with stakeholders and liaise with employment mentors to secure suitable placements for clients from multicultural, refugee, or asylum seeker backgrounds.
