What’s on offer

We believe in true flexibility where you are measured on your achievements and outputs. Some face-to-face interaction is important for team workshops, engaging with our internal customers and some program delivery, typically 3-4 days per month.

With program delivery across Victoria and Tasmania, you can be located anywhere and choose to work from home or a site that’s convenient. Or, you can head into our Melbourne CBD office and interact with the wider P&C Team.

This role is ideal for an established L&OD coordinator (or administration guru from another field!) who is looking for an opportunity to build a career in Workforce Experience/Learning and Organisational Development.

About you

You are self-reliant, enjoy working autonomously whilst being part of a supportive and collaborative team, and have a curious mindset that sees you ask questions to understand more deeply.

You have a passion for coordination and a flair for accuracy, attention-to-detail, and organisation. A positive, solutions-focussed attitude and approach helps you to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You’ll also bring with you:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (with advanced Excel skills) and high level of confidence and aptitude in working with systems.
  • Solid administration and coordination skills, with attention to detail and demonstrable ability to proactively plan and deliver high quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in previous coordination roles, with working style that anticipates and delivers concurrent high-quality outputs in an environment of changing priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to contribute to a positive team culture.
  • While not essential, experience in the delivery of leadership or induction programs, workforce recognition, performance management, wellbeing, and/or workforce surveys (particularly via Culture Amp®) will be viewed favourably.
