Women’s Health West is one of Victoria’s only organisations that provide services and programs across every level of the family violence continuum – from primary prevention to intervention and response. We work within a feminist framework, supporting women and their children to live safe and healthy lives. The successful candidate will work within and foster a values-based culture, working with the integrated family violence services stream to achieve WHW’s purpose.
WHW supports women and their children escaping family violence in the western metropolitan region by providing access to a range of short to medium-term housing services including refuges, crisis accommodation properties, and transitional housing. WHW also supports women and their children to find affordable, safe, and longer-term housing options. The case manager is part of the client and residency management (CARM) team at WHW and reports to the CARM team leader. This position is responsible for the delivery of a range of client-focused family violence case management services to the women and children residing in the refuge and medium-term housing, in collaboration with their team.
To be considered for the role you must have some experience within family violence or emergency housing case management. Address the key selection criteria provided in the attached PD.
