Women’s Health West provides specialist family violence services to women and their children. We also run prevention programs that promote equity and justice for women and girls in Melbourne’s west.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Risk Assessment Management Panel (RAMP) program is a state government initiative designed to improve collaborative responses and information sharing to prevent serious threats to health, safety or welfare of women.

The senior case manager – RAMP provides short-term case management to women who have been referred to the RAMP program. The role conducts comprehensive risk assessment for women accessing Women’s Health West services and provides secondary consultation to Women’s Health West staff and external service providers and stakeholders. This role will also attend and present at RAMP meetings and liaise with external service providers including Victoria Police and partner agencies. The successful applicant will possess tertiary qualifications in social work (or related discipline), and substantial experience with direct service.

The role reports to and is supported by the Team Leader – RAMP / Flexible Support Packages. The role is available with flexible hours (0.9 FTE – 1 FTE / 68.4 - 76 hours per fortnight) on an ongoing basis. The role is paid at WHW EA Level 5 pay point negotiable (82K to 86K per annum pro rata EFT).
