Reporting to the Board, the CEO will drive the implementation of our strategic vision, ensuring YANA continues to deliver high-quality, holistic services while staying true to our feminist mission and values.
As CEO, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, foster a collaborative and inclusive organisational culture, and advocate for systemic change to prioritise the safety and recovery of victim-survivors. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact by ensuring YANA remains a values-driven, sustainable organisation that continues to support the fight against family violence.
We’re seeking a Feminist leader with a commitment to Respect and Collaboration, and a demonstrated commitment to social justice. To thrive in this role, you will have:

You’ll work in a values-driven, supportive environment where your contributions will directly impact the lives of victim-survivors and their families.
Join us in shaping a safer, more equitable future for all.
