Youth4Jobs Coach

Youth Projects

Is this you?

You’re passionate about tackling youth disadvantage on the frontline. You understand the importance of assertively engaging and supporting young people to empower them to address complex barriers to employment. You have experience working in the employment services, youth work, social work or a mix of all (a qualification is a bonus).

You love people and can engage with employers, industry and service users with respect, dignity and no judgement full stop.

You may not be the captain of this team (…yet), but when we are in thick of it, we play off each-other’s strengths and have each-others back #1YP

You’re adaptive

You know not every day will be the same, you can switch from providing support, to advocating for service access, to working with employers in the blink of an eye. Changing lives is your passion but you still embrace rolling up your sleeves and mucking in to get the job done.

You see the person

You’re full of creative ways to meet our service users where they are at and believe that engagement shouldn’t be a one size fits all model. You always see the person, not just their immediate situation because you understand that everyone has different needs, and that is okay.

You care

Our frontline warriors and change makers are all here because we genuinely want to break the cycle of disadvantage, and we want you to want that too!
