Children by Choice is looking for a People, Policy, and Quality Compliance Coordinator to join our team. In this integral role, you will work closely with the CEO and CFO, overseeing governance, compliance, and HR administration, playing a crucial part in ensuring the success of our mission.

As a feminist organisation advocating for reproductive rights, we value transparency, collaboration, and the highest ethical standards. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our commitment to excellence in governance, supporting our human resources processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and policy requirements.

You’ll be at the heart of our operations, supporting the governance of our Management Committee and assisting in the day-to-day HR functions that ensure our team remains strong and effective. We are collaborative and value our people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining governance registers and supporting Management Committee activities.
  • Assist with HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and professional development tracking.
  • Support policy and risk management, ensuring alignment with Human Services Quality Framework standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism, particularly in sensitive HR matters.
