Deadly Connections is an Aboriginal Community Controlled, not for profit organisation. The People & Culture Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the organisation's Human Resources functions.
This position is responsible for various HR activities spanning recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy compliance, compensation and benefits administration, employee engagement, and legal compliance.
This will include but is not limited to the following list of duties:
