About the role

Fitted for Work is seeking an energetic and experienced team leader who will step into a fast-paced and dynamic role where no two days are the same. Our ideal candidate will be a great communicator, comfortable with technology, and experienced in leading a team in a client-facing and/or community-sector environment. 

Our Client Referral Team is the first point of contact for all client referrals to Fitted for Work and collaborates across teams to support clients through their job readiness journey. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, the Client Referral Coordinator is responsible for overseeing a team of Client Referral Officer’s, daily operations, data quality and reporting to deliver high quality support and guidance to Fitted for Work clients. 

The Client Referral Coordinator oversees the team members, operations, data quality and reporting. This role is part of the combined leadership team and works directly with all the coordinators across the organisation.

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience leading a team in community services, social work or a similar field.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Skills and efficiency in using computer packages including MS Office, Salesforce and varied methods of phone and video communications.
  • Demonstrated experience managing/leading teams in a client facing environment.
  • Qualifications and/or extensive experience in community services, social work or similar field.
  • Previous experience in supporting clients with complex needs, though an empathetic and tailored approach.
  • Current Working with Children Check (Employee version) required.
  • Current Police check required.
