We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Coordinator to align with our HR initiatives, functions, business objectives & business needs.
Our ideal candidate would be a candidate that is already working in the HR space in a similar role and can bring their experience and exceptional stakeholder management to the forefront.
Your experience in Human resources should aid our organisation in “adding value “ to not only providing HR solutions, but that added value to our organisation as a whole.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of business functions, excellent communication, interpersonal & organisational skills, be a strategic & analytical thinker and have a great sense of urgency to complete tasks and meet all deadlines required.
The ideal candidate will also be client focused and be driven by and have reference to the OzChild People strategy and a focus on the provision of HR guidance including interpretation of modern awards.
The HR Coordinator works closely with the whole People & Culture team supporting business processes and providing a combination of administrative and HR transactional support . As the first point of contact for day to day queries this role provides support to both employees and managers across all sites.
