Over the next 18 months, we will be matching apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities to women and girls seeking those roles.

We’re seeking a Recruitment Consultant to liaise with employers and their agents to help them employ women in trades apprenticeships. You will negotiate apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities for women and girls with TWAG employers and other important organisations in the apprenticeship employment space and you will work alongside the Employment Consultant who will generate a pipeline of women for the jobs that you secure. You’ll have experience in the jobs market and/or a related field – either in an HR department or perhaps in a private or NFP jobs agency, or a government role.
